Essential maintenance to mobile device service and new network request process – 29 April

The essential maintenance has been completed successfully and the below services are now fully accessible.

IT Services will perform essential maintenance to the mobile device service and the new network request process on Thursday 29th April 2021 between 8am and 12pm, which will impact the services as follows:
- Mobile Device Service: Staff will temporarily be unable to register or renew their devices during the maintenance window. Please note that there will be no impact on your continued use of your device.
- New Network Request Process: During the maintenance window, you will be unable to submit new network requests and register new wired/wireless devices on the Trinity network.
