RESOLVED: Issue affecting some students attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi

Please be advised that this issue is now resolved and students should be able to register new devices once more.

We are aware of an issue affecting some students attempting to register a new device or re-register a device that has aged-out to the TCDwifi.
The issue should not impact students with devices already registered and working on the Wi-Fi.
We are currently investigating the underlying cause of the issue.
