Intermittent Connectivity Issues

The source of issue has been identified and normal connectivity has now been restored. IT Services will continue to monitor the situation.

Please note that we have received multiple reports of connectivity issues affecting all internet services. This means that you may have difficulty accessing any network services, including VPN and intermittent issues accessing Trinity websites. Please note that your Trinity Email and all Microsoft Office365 services, including MS Teams, are working without any problems.
As a result, it may be difficult to contact the Service Desk currently as this issue is impacting our Service Desk Web Portal, Service Desk Phone line, Email and WebChat as well.
