'What Future for Syria? Legendary war photographer Paul Conroy in conversation with writer and former political prisoner Yassin Al Haj Saleh

Yassin Al Haj Saleh the author of the acclaimed 'Impossible Revolution' and Paul Conroy, critically wounded with war correspondent Marie Colvin when she was killed by the Syrian regime, is the author of 'Under The Wire' turned into a major international documentary and the basis for the acclaimed Hollywood movie 'A Private War,' offer two very unique perspectives on the future of Syria and make this an event not to be missed.

Yassin Al Haj Saleh is the author of the acclaimed The Impossible Revolution: Making Sense of the Syrian Tragedy and a prominent intellectual voice of the Syrian revolution. Paul Conroy, critically wounded with war correspondent Marie Colvin when she was killed by the Syrian regime, is the author of Under The Wire (turned into a major international documentary and the basis for the acclaimed Hollywood movie A Private War). Presented by the Irish Syria Solidarity Movement in association with Peace Studies, School of Religion, Trinity College Dublin.
