ISE welcomes return of professors from Georgia

This week will see the return to ISE of our colleagues from four universities in Georgia who are part of the Erasmus + PESTUGE project on establishing Peace Studies in Georgia. On their last visit in April they spent time with our partners in Dublin City University and in ISE.

During that visit Gillian Wylie and Aideen Woods welcomed the opportunity to participate in the Management Workshop Meetings, 14-16 April 2016 at Dublin City University (DCU), organised by project leader Dr Walt Kilroy and Dr Eamon McConnon, which provided a further opportunity for the group to progress the planning and implementation of the project and to enable those participating in the project to work together as a team (see photos below).

During this upcoming visit the Georgian faculty will meet with staff and students of International Peace Studies in Dublin and then travel to Belfast to spend time with the staff and students of ISE's MPhil in Conflict and Dispute Resolution Studies before travelling to Derry to another partner in INCORE, Ulster University and then back to Dublin.
