Online Mindfulness Drop In Sessions
In an effort to support and connect our whole Trinity community of staff, students and alumni during this challenging time we will offer a daily drop-in mindfulness practice group at 1pm for 30 minutes from Monday to Thursday. Different mindfulness teachers from within Trinity will offer the guidance each day. This is an opportunity to take a break for ourselves, to mind our mental health and spend a few moments to nurture and replenish our minds and bodies with our colleagues and peers.
To join one of the sessions you need to download Zoom onto your device first. When you click on the link you will be brought to a zoom waiting room and the teacher will admit you.
All participants will be muted during the practice and you can leave your camera on or off and therefore join from anywhere. If you have a noisy house or disturbances in the background you don't need to worry about it as you will be muted and if anyone else in the house would like to join in they are welcome to also. At the end you'll have an opportunity to unmute and say something or just listen and log off so you don't need to worry about securing a quiet space to join us and can just show up in the midst of whatever is going on at home if you would like to.

Daily Online Training to Keep You Fit
We're all homebound for the next few weeks and lacking our daily structures and routines...but we're not necessarily stuck.
Given all the uncertainty around, if there is just one thing you can have full control over... it is to take care of your FITNESS.
OKAY, BUT how do you get fit or train - now that other gyms and even Trinity Sport Gym has to be closed??
Coaches and Trainers here have specially designed and filmed full-body (follow-along style) daily workouts for you that require no special equipment at all (no access to the gym required).

You can watch, train along and even compete with your instructor as they guide you - taking maximising benefit of this while you are home...
No matter what your current level is, these workout routines will suit you! Because you can make them as EASY or TOUGH as you like (beating your coach won't be easy, but there will be prizes going for best times).
You will receive a workout every day. The email will contain a video link to the workout and also practical tips about the specific workouts.
All workouts can be done at home. You just need to click the video in the email, when you are ready and follow along as you train with your instructor.
This can help add structure to your daily routine and by the time the situation improves you can be as fit or fitter than you were before.
All you need is 30 minutes and we will make sure that we deliver the best possible training to help you reach your goals despite the current climate
