The Academic Career Development Symposium is for all academics in the three College Faculties. Its purpose is to help TCD academics improve their self-knowledge and understanding of the requirements to develop their careers. The Symposium will address this by supplying academic staff members who are interested in developing their careers, information on the process and also on how to move toward their career goals.
