Blended Modules and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

At Trinity Global, we are aware of the difficulties we face as a global society and recognize the importance of responding to such challenges through education and community. For this reason we have joined the United Nations call for action to increase knowledge about the SDGs through the project Opening mobility opportunities - modules to be developed in collaboration with university partners linked to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

This project is funded by the Higher Education Authority and will involve the development of a suite of seven blended modules linked to the SDGs.

These modules are multidisciplinary, taught mainly online face-to-face and virtual mobility components that will facilitate learning in an environment of cultural exchange.

Academic leaders from five Trinity Schools interested in raising awareness and disseminating knowledge about the SDGs lead this project. Each academic leader works with colleagues from international universities partner, who will participate in the development of content and teaching of the modules. Initially, these modules will be offered as stand alone modules, but some of them will also be incorporated into current or future programmes.
