Annual Equality Monitoring Reports
Equality Monitoring Reports provide statistical information on the diversity profile of the staff and student body, and on equality in processes such as admissions, recruitment and promotion. The Equality Officer and the Equality Monitoring Group collate and analyse the data, which is submitted to the Equality Committee and to Board.
All staff are encouraged to complete the Diversity screen in their personnel profile on Core Portal. This takes just two minutes and helps to ensure that university policy, systems and services are suitable for our diverse community.
