Equality and Diversity Legislation
The Employment Equality Act 1998-2011 and Equal Status Act 2000-2012 protect all students, staff and service users of Trinity College from direct or indirect discrimination across nine grounds: gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, age, race and ethnicity, religion, disability or membership of the Traveller community.
Staff and Students with disabilities are further protected under the Disability Act 2005.
