Equality Team
- Clodagh BrookAssociate Vice Provost for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Clodagh oversees and promotes the College’s equality policies and leads Trinity’s Athena SWAN Gender Action Plan. She reports to the Vice-Provost, is a member of Trinity’s Executive Officer’s Group and Chairs the Athena SWAN SAT. She works on EDI with national and international partners through LERU, COIMBRA, as well as through the national VPEDI and Athena SWAN committees.
- Claire MarshallEquality Officer Claire works to promote equality and non-discrimination for Trinity staff, students and the wider Trinity community, in all areas of university life and with particular regard to the protected grounds in equality legislation.
- Susan CantwellExecutive officer Susan provides a full range of administrative support for the EDI unit and manages all web content.
- Samantha WilliamsEDI Data Analyst and Athena SWAN Project Officer Sam works closely with colleagues in the EDI Unit and across the university to embed EDI principles and practices, in particular by delivering hands-on support and data analysis to provide a strong evidence-base for our actions. She supports institutional and School Athena SWAN applications, as well as other EDI initiatives, and conducts equality and diversity data analysis.
