Assessment Team - Academic Registry (AR)
On the completion of a Learning Educational Needs Assessment by the Disability Service staff, any exam accommodations requirements will be directly entered into the my.tcd.ie portal. AR staff are data controllers and please review
GDPR recommendations linked here.
Steps to retrieve a list of students' with exam accommodations:
- Step 1- Log in to my.tcd.ie and find the option named 'My Exam' on the main toolbar.
- Step 2- Click on the Disability examination report view.
- Step 3- To migrate the venue (group/individual) click 'yes' to update SPR record.
- Step 4- If required, view xls of all Disability exam accommodations with time, venue, and notes added.
Step 1 - Log in to my.tcd.ie and click on the 'My Exams' option
The academic will receive an email after the Disability Liaison Officer grants access to a LENS report.
Step 2 - Click on the Disability Examination Report
Log in to my.tcd.ie and click the option 'Disability Service' on the main toolbar.
Step 3 - Update SPR view to 'yes' to migrate the Exam Centre field
A list of all students assigned to that academic are available to view:
Step 4 - Click on the 'view' option to view the LENS for that student
