Applicants are required to download the following 4 forms. These forms must be completed and submitted by email to natalie.mcgettigan@dental.tcd.ie. The closing date for 2017 applications is Monday, 20th March 2017 at 5.00 p.m.

Application Fee: €35 – cheques to be made payable to Dublin Dental Hospital Board; credit/debit card payments to be made by phone to Natalie McGettigan on +353-1-612-7361. Closing date for application fee is Monday, 20th March 2017 at 5.00 p.m.

Note: Garda forms and blood test results are required for successful applicants only. Applicants are not required to submit this information with their initial application.

Applicants who are shortlisted must attend interview with their prospective workplace trainer on 16th May 2017.
