Flann O'BrienIR 1021: Nualitríocht [10 ECTS]

This module teaches students to articulate an informed critical response to the work, read in original Irish, of a wide range of 20th and 21st century writers; to demonstrate a familiarity with the conventions of one or more of the main literary genres – poetry, novel, short story, autobiography and drama; to make reference to sources in an appropriate way, and to use the appropriate linguistic and critical terminology to describe and analyse texts.
