Short description
This masterclass will help you to establish and measure your innovation KPIs and metrics through the design and implementation of an innovation audit. It will help you to establish the KPIs and metrics relevant to your organisation and ultimately design, roll out and subsequently analyse the results of an innovation audit plan.
