Terms of Reference
The Human Resource Committee (HRC) started in the 2010 / 2011 academic year. Prior to that, it was the Personnel and Appointments Committee (PAC). Some functions of the PAC were assumed though other formats in HR (e.g. staffing approvals) and the remaining were formed into the existing Terms of Reference for the HRC.
