Officer

The role of your welfare officer covers all non-academic issues that you may face in your day-to-day lives throughout your time here in Trinity, both within your college and personal lives.
This includes a huge range of things, for example:

  • Finance
  • Healthy Living
  • Accommodation
  • Relationships
  • Sexual Health
  • Mental Health
  • Stress
  • And much more….

My job is to help you get the balance right between your social and academic lives. To achieve this goal, I will be representing your interests on college committees, running information campaigns on welfare issues and will always be available to meet with you on an individual basis whether to help you with a problem (no matter how big or small) or just for a cup of tea and a chat.
Check out www.tcdsu.org for information on upcoming campaigns and other union activities. Please contact me if there’s anything I can help you with, if you have any feedback on the welfare campaigns or if you want to get involved in any of the campaigns. Feel free to drop in to the office to say hi at any time throughout the year.
