Michelle MacMahon is working towards completing her PhD in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity Business School. She holds an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University, where she was awarded a scholarship, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies.
She lectures on undergraduate and graduate programmes in Trinity Business School. Her research interests lie in area of team learning and team behaviours. Her PhD study explored how teams progress through the innovation process. Michelle is an accomplished learning and development consultant with a track record in delivering innovative learning solutions at individual and team levels for performance improvement.
She has more than 15 years’ corporate experience in retail, manufacturing and services industries in roles including general HR, recruitment, training and development, and sales, across Europe. More recently she has provided learning and development consultancy services to organisations including Adobe, Aer Lingus, Amazon, CBRE, Coca Cola, Gates Foundation, KBC Bank, Dun & Bradstreet, DCU Ryan Academy, DkIT, Equiniti ICS, Google, Oracle, Sigmar, United Drug, and Xilinx.
