Melissa Sayer has 17 years business experience, having commenced her career in London in Asset Management with Colliers International where she became a member of the senior leadership team in the Asset Management department. At Colliers, Melissa was the Client Director responsible for key corporate clients such as Santander, RBS, Legal & General, Smiths Industries, Wetherspoon PLC, British Land, Daimler Chrysler, VUE Cinemas and many others. Melissa led a large team of property professionals to service these contracts.
Melissa works with organisations to deliver sustainable organisational change and performance through coaching. Her approach is to develop the internal talent and leadership to enable organisations to deliver on their strategic agenda. Melissa supports leaders, managers and teams to improve performance through developing skills, confidence and focus.
Melissa designed the Leadership & Professional Development Module for the MBA programme in Trinity Business School. Melissa lectures on team performance, emotional intelligent leadership, embodied leadership and coaches individuals and teams participating on the programme. She leads a team of 15 plus practicing professionals and executive educators to deliver this module to an MBA cohort of 100 plus candidates annually between the full-time and executive MBA classes.
Melissa’s qualifications include a B.Sc Hons (Oxford Brookes), an MBA (Trinity College), Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching (IMI), Post Graduate Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching (AOEC), M.R.I.C.S (Chartered Surveyor). Melissa is qualified in multiple psychometrics and leadership development techniques and methods. Melissa is currently a DBA candidate at Portsmouth Business School where her research is focused on high performance teams.
