Biography
Dr. Farhoodeh Zamani is an adjunct Teaching Fellow in Trinity Business School. She holds a BSC in Industrial Engineering, masters in ‘Information Systems Management’ from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School, and a PhD in Digital Marketing from Trinity College Dublin Business School.
She has completed her PhD in the area of ‘Social Media Data Processing and Managerial Challenges’ in Trinity Business School, and has been lecturing and supervising students in management, marketing, and digital marketing for the past 7 years.
She also has over 14 years of professional experience in IT, Telecom, eLearning and Pharmaceutical industries, in the areas of marketing, digital marketing, and project and program management.
Her primary areas of research interest include information processing and decision making, online consumer behaviour, marketing strategy, digital marketing strategy and operationalization, multi-channel and Omni-channel marketing, big data and social media data processing and utilization, and the associated managerial challenges.
Her research has been presented in multiple Irish and international business, management, and marketing conferences including European Marketing Association Conference (EMAC).
