Derek Brawn

Biography

Derek holds a Doctorate in Finance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin. His professional qualifications include the General Registered Representative and Futures & Options Representative of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in London, and he is also a certified International Equity Market Trader of the London Stock Exchange. Derek has more than 12 years investment banking experience in London and New York, having worked at several large well-known investment banks, such as; Barclays Capital, HSBC, Morgan Stanley (Vice-President) and UBS (Director). Derek wrote a best-selling book called “Irelands House Party” published in 2009.
