Dr. Deepak Saxena is working as a Research Fellow with the Trinity Centre for Digital Business. He holds a PhD in Business from Trinity Business School and a Master in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

Before moving to Ireland for his PhD, he worked with Satish Dhawan Space Centre of the Indian Space Research Organisation. He is interested in all areas of digital business, with a special focus on the digital transformation in public service organisations. Having researched on the implementation of enterprise system in diverse public service organisations in the past, he has now recently moved his focus to the customer/citizen side of digital journey.

He is actively engaged with the Office of the Government CIO in Ireland on studying and improving citizens’ digital journey when availing the public service. He is also coordinating a project with ThinkHouse, a youth marketing agency on studying youth behaviour in the era of digital marketing.
