"The MSc. Management was one of the most rewarding years of my education, thanks to the wide range of engaging classes and the diverse backgrounds of the students that the course attracts. The array of different perspectives among the class makes for extremely interesting team projects, and great friendships.
Since finishing the course, I have been working at an exciting hardware start up in London (SAM Labs). As the first full-time employee of the company, I’ve been able to put all of my newly acquired academic knowledge straight into practical use: marketing of the Kickstarter campaign, interviewing new hires, financial analyses, logistics and team leadership. If you’re heading into a start-up environment, make sure to pay attention in every module!”

“Trinity Business School equipped me with skills to understand the intricacies and complexities in the world of business and overcome potential challenges. The teaching faculty is brilliant and it has been one of the most formative years of my life. Trinity has moulded and shaped me into a confident individual capable of surviving and outperforming in the ever changing business environment.”
Thulisa Nyathela, MSc in Management Graduate
Current employment: Consultant at Cornmarket Group Financial, Dublin
The Msc Management course was a pleasant surprise to me. The selection of taught modules was excellent in helping me find my passion as well as give me the confidence of knowing that there isn’t anything I can not learn. With a background in international relations, history and business, the course certainly broadened my horizons in terms of future prospects. I particularly enjoyed the process of completing my dissertation in strategic management, a subject that was completely new to me.
What truly stood out in my learning experience was having industry professionals visit us in class, bringing theory to life. I am currently on a summer internship with the Cornmarket Group Financial Services. With my Trinity Masters, I have had several Tech Companies in Dublin reach out to me via LinkedIn for a variety of roles! My personal statement while applying at TBS had said: “I want to be educated for life within a safe and caring environment that will challenge me to realise my full potential”. I can confidently say I did that!"
Aisling McGettigan, MSc in Management Graduate
Current employment: Financial Controller at Crescent Wealth, Sydney
"The MSc in Management definitely aided my search for employment. Not only did the Masters open up new areas of employment to me, it also complemented my Law degree.
My eventual decision to train in tax at financial services KPMG was a result of discovering where my background in Law could fit with my newly developed interest in Finance.
I would recommend this Masters to any law student whose interest has been focused on the areas of commercial or financial law. Law students who have interests in marketing, entrepreneurship or third sector work could benefit greatly from exploring the MSc Management".
Ciara Nass, MSc in Management Graduate
Current employment: Senior Client Success Manager at Finch, Dublin
"I have thoroughly enjoyed the different subjects (from Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources to Financial Management and Strategy), which were taught in different ways depending on each lecturer, who are all renowned experts in their relevant fields.
As a class, we gained hands-on experience through, for example, the design of a marketing plan for a variety of international companies, to analysing the financial performance of one of the largest retail supermarkets. Overall the course is highly demanding and requires great commitment of every student. There were several long nights involved, where I had to take advantage of the 24/7 Reading Room finishing off projects or revising for exams.
I would definitely recommend this programme to undergraduates hoping to work for renowned companies in the private sector and seeking a broad but thorough education of this sector."
James Duff, MSc in Management Graduate
Current Employment: Commodity Associate at S&P Global Platts, London
"The MSc in Management at Trinity was a very comprehensive course presented by a number of engaging lecturers. The 'competitive advantage'- so to speak - of the course lies in the breadth of its teaching, with modules providing important insights into a variety of different business sectors ranging from marketing to entrepreneurship.
I am now confident in my ability to create a business, manage a team and make astute strategic decisions.
Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Trinity and have found the MSc in Management to be personally fulfilling and a smart career move".
Kathryn Ganser, MSc in Management Graduate
Current employment: Senior Consultant at Boston Strategic Partners, Boston
"The MSc Management program at Trinity totally flipped my world upside down. As an undergraduate Biology major from the US, I landed in Ireland as part of the Sport Changes Life program to get my Masters, work in the local community using basketball to help at-risk youth, and play in the Irish Premier League (basketball). It was busy to say the least, but my experience at Trinity has changed my life. The MSc programme opened my eyes to the world of international business and is an incredible program to augment any undergraduate degree. After completing the course, I found myself wondering how on earth I didn't know and understand all of this before - business is the backbone of every aspect of our lives. So much so, that my sister completed the same program the next year!
I would highly recommend this programme to anyone looking to change direction and open their horizons. I landed a great job at a healthcare consulting firm Boston Strategic Partners and have been able to use both of my degrees! And of course, being in Ireland has made the experience all the better!"
