Leadership and Professional Development is integral to the Trinity MBA. Individual and team coaching, workshops and industry guest lectures run continually throughout the programme. Three distinct leadership learning modules develop your personal leadership style, self-awareness and knowledge.
Our LEAD - Learn, Engage, Aspire, Develop - module is specifically and strategically placed to deliver the creative skills you need at important stages of your MBA journey and during your company projects. Workshops such as 'Consulting', 'Owning the Room' and 'Turning Data into Insight' are designed to develop vital leadership skills.
The Leadership and Organisational Behaviour module provides a study of organisational systems and leadership styles, while the Reflective Practicioner elective module focuses on self-assessment, self-reflection and the creation of your own personal development plan.
Throughout the MBA, you will have the opportunity to hear from industry speakers on a range of leadership areas including resilience, developing effective teams, mastering personal change, and group dynamics.
Live action learning from real companies is a key part of the Trinity MBA. You will undertake three company projects across a range of industries throughout the programme, each tackling specific strategic business issues.
The Social Enterprise Project
Address a specific issue with a social enterprise and engage in a reciprocal learning relationship. A common theme across this project is to find a solution within a set timeframe, with little or no financial resources. This project provides a valuable opportunity to apply your strategic management skills with an NGO or social enterprise.
The SME Growth Project
Work with high potential SMEs that are finding it difficult to scale. You will analyse the problem, identify a solution and detail its implementation within a set period of time. This project is designed to hone your communication skills and time management capabilities within a high pressure environment.
The Strategic Company Project
Deliver a complete strategic overview to the senior management team of a multinational company of significant scale. You will be part of a consultancy team performing a full strategic audit and identifying a key area for further analysis. Delivered over four stages, you will present your plan to senior managers of the organisation.
Live action learning with real companies is a key part of the Trinity MBA. Throughout the programme, you will work directly with managers in companies across a range of industries, tackling real strategic business issues.
