Daniel Neale, Programme Director, Corporate Human Rights, Benchmark
Daniel has been running the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB) since 2017, a not for profit backed by a mix of investors, civil society and governments, that aims to help address market failures around human rights. In 2019 the CHRB is benchmarking companies from the ICT Manufacturing, Extractives, Apparel and Agricultural Products sectors. The CHRB data and methodology is being extensively used by companies and investors.
Prior to CHRB Daniel was a social performance consultant, mostly focused on extractives and renewable energy companies across Africa and the middle east, working to integrate social and human rights risk and impact management into corporate operations from headquarters to site level.
