Gráinne Morrison

Head of Brand Value & Innovation, daa

 

 

Gráinne works as Head of Brand Value & Innovation at Dublin Airport and has spent seven years within the Commercial team at the airport.

Gráinne started her career under the mantel of the Quinn family in Superquinn many moons ago. She learnt the retail ropes from the shop floor up and then moved into import and distribution side of the business. She left Ireland to move to Australia in her 20s and while there began working in the media. She held roles with Fairfax Media and on returning to Ireland joined News International. Gráinne’s energy and quick-thinking were a valuable commodity in the dynamic world of print media.

Most of Gráinne’s career has been spent in marketing and communications roles but with a hunger for numbers she joined Dublin Airport’s Commercial team in 2012. She has worked in Car Parks and Dublin Airport Travel Services, where she lead the transformation of the company’s crown jewel of services, Platinum Services - Dublin Airport’s 24 hour private VIP terminal. Gráinne’s most recent position in the commercial team sees her lead and develop two key commercial business functions for Dublin Airport- The Future Factory & Media sales.

When not at the airport, you’ll most likely find Gráinne in Sutton, where she lives with her husband Mark and their children Tommy (7) and Lucy (4). She has a passion for cooking and loves a good problem to solve. Gráinne holds qualifications in management, marketing, digital advertising and interior design.
