Effective Coaching Conversations
This programme is designed for those in management roles or those transitioning to management, with the underpinning logic that effective communication is critical to success, maximising engagement, nurturing talent and teamwork.
Delivered over a 4-day period, candidates learn how to directly improve performance and the professional development of their team. The programme covers conversation practice, coaching skills principles and essential elements of talent management by way of practical exercises, tools and techniques.
This programme can also be delivered on a custom basis to organisations if requested.
