Broad Curriculum

Broad Curriculum (BC) offers a module from outside a student's chosen course for those interested in broadening their education and/or university experience.

Enrolment Information

The BC module that you have been enrolled in will be visible on your timetable and in your student portal (mytcd.ie) in September 2018. You will see the Blackboard page for your chosen module within two working days of BC enrolment.

GUIDE TO LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVELS
Sign up for :
A1 level
…if you have never studied this language before, although you may know some very basic words and phrases.
A2 level

…if you can already understand and say some basic phrases, if you can introduce yourself, ask and answer questions about personal details, if you can interact in a simple way when people speak slowly.

B1 level

…if you can already describe who you are, where you come from, exchange information and communicate in routine tasks (shopping, directions, work). Pass in Leaving Certificate required.
