Phil spent the majority of his career setting up and managing large sale Service Operations in the private sector prior to joining Trinity College Dublin as Head of Service in the Academic Registry in 2016.
As part of the Academic Registry Leadership Team, the Head of Service runs the Service Function which is responsible for: customer services (including the Service Desk); communications (internal & external), human resources & business administration within the Academic Registry. The Academic Registry is committed to providing a consistently high quality of customer service to its users, especially students and staff.
