Apply for undergraduate and taught postgraduate degree conferral
All eligible final year undergraduate and taught postgraduate students will receive details of their upcoming commencement ceremony and confirm attendance to the ceremony through their my.tcd.ie portal inbox. Students are responsible for confirming attendance to the ceremony. Candidates who did not apply to be conferred in their final year, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a Notice of Candidature Pack. Candidates are advised that closing dates are very strictly adhered to, and late applicants will not be admitted to the selected ceremony; however, they may be admitted to the next available commencement session.
Apply for postgraduate research degree conferral
All postgraduate research students for conferral of degree must make application by completing a Notice of Candidature form, and submitting it to the Academic Registry (email@example.com) by the specified closing date set out in the schedules. A conditional application may be made in advance of the publication of final degree results. Apply for Masters in Arts
Bachelors of the University of at least three years standing may obtain a Master in Arts. Please see University of Dublin Calendar for more information. Students are awarded their Diploma and/or Certificate unpon completion of final examination and will receive invitations to the ceremonies from the Academic Registry.
