Professor Celia Holland has received a Provost’s Teaching Award for Lifetime Achievement

Celia Holland

Professor Celia Holland has received a Provost’s Teaching Award for Lifetime Achievement. This is a very rare honour, only six Lifetime Achievement awards have been awarded since 2001. Here in Zoology she joins Assoc. Prof. John Rochford who also won a Provost’s Teaching Award for Lifetime Acheivement in 2012 and Prof. Nicola Marples (2002) and Prof. Paula Murphy (2011) who also hold Provost’s Teaching Awards. To have four brilliant, innovative and inspiring educators in our small unit of Zoology is testament to the high quality of teaching that our students receive and the care and thought put into it by our staff. The official award will be made on 30th May.
