Move More, Feel Better
Move More, Feel Better is a fitness programme aimed at inactive students. Offered as part of the Active Campus Europe project this programme is an ideal way to begin your fitness journey in Trinity College!
It’s aimed at students who do not meet HEPA guidelines for physical activity levels - 30 mins high intensity activity for 5 days a week , or at least 20 mins vigorous intensity activity 3 days a week. If you don’t meet those guidelines this is the programme for you!
Developed in conjunction with 15 other universities from seven European countries this is an eight week programme running from 16th October – 10th December 2017 with registration starting on 2nd Oct 2017 until 11th Oct 2017.
Activities are designed exclusively for this project and take place in and around the Sports Centre in small group sessions with personal guidance. The cost is €20 and the price includes –
-Specific classes and activities
-Access to the social sport programme
-Pre programme meeting with your Move More, Feel Better coordinator
Do you want to know if you suit the criteria for this programme?
Please answer the questions below-
Do you take part in vigorous sport, exercise or physical activity for 20 minutes at least 3 days each week?
Do you take part in moderate sport, exercise or physical activity (including walking) for at least 30 minutes, 5 days each week?
Are you an active member of a sports team, sports club or gym?
