Move More, Feel Better

Move More, Feel Better is a fitness programme aimed at inactive students. Offered as part of the Active Campus Europe project this programme is an ideal way to begin your fitness journey in Trinity College!

It’s aimed at students who do not meet HEPA guidelines for physical activity levels or at least 20 mins vigorous intensity activity 3 days a week. If you don’t meet those guidelines this is the programme for you!

Developed in conjunction with 15 other universities from seven European countries this is an eight week programme running from 5th February – 1st April 2018 with registration starting on 21st Jan 2018 until 31st Jan 2018.

Activities are designed exclusively for this project and take place in and around the Sports Centre in small group sessions with personal guidance. The cost is €20 and the price includes –
-Specific classes and activities
-Access to the social sport programme
-Access to meet the Move More, Feel Better Coordinator

There will be information sessions in the sports centre social room as follows:

  • January 24th 1.05 - 1.30pm
  • January 29th 1.05 - 1.30pm
  • January 30th 1.05 - 1.30pm
