Trinity Sport - Support and Inclusion

At Trinity Sport, we believe sport and physical activity is for everyone. We work alongside the Students Union, Disability Service and Student Counselling Service to ensure there are accessible sport and exercise opportunities for all students.
We also have our own Sport and Physical activity Inclusion Officer to help and support you on your sport and fitness journey, so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Sports Clubs

More

Trinity has 50 sport clubs ranging from team sports, adventure sports, water sports, to martial arts, whatever your sporting interest, we have it!
Joining a club is a great way to get fit, take a break from college work, learn a new skill, meet lots of new friends, and most importantly have a fun experience. We pride ourselves in providing sports clubs that are inclusive, diverse, and friendly to all students. You can see a full list of all our sports clubs and more information on our Sports club page.

Sports Facilities

More

Trinity Sport strives to ensure all our facilities are accessible for all. We have many supports in place to support students with disabilities and students who require specific accommodations when engaging in sport and exercise. A full overview of our sports facilities can be found here.
Please let us know if you have any recommendations or requests to improve accessibility for any of our facilities via a short form here.

Respite spaces are quiet rest areas in Trinity where students can take time out during the day to rest and recuperate. They benefit students who may experience fatigue, pain, or discomfort as a result of their disability. The Trinity Sport Respite Room located in the sports centre on floor 2 includes a day bed, sink and comfortable rocking chair to help students manage the course of your college day.

The Respite room can be booked via the Trinity Sport app. 60-minute sessions can be booked daily Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Please see the Trinity Sport Centre Respite Room Terms and Conditions for further information.
