Positive Success Group announced as the Official Partner of the Trinity Sport Frontline Heroes Challenge

All Proceeds Raised go directly to St. James hospital foundation, Tallaght University Hospital Foundation and St. Vincent’s Foundation

Positive Success Group has been announced as the Official Partner of the Trinity Sport Frontline Heroes Challenge donating €1,000 to the fund. Positive Success Group are global leaders in accrediting and qualifying professional coaches and specialize in advancing coaching with neuroscience. They are industry experts in designing and driving transformational change within business at all levels.

All proceeds raised from the virtual event will be split evenly between St. James Hospital Foundation, Tallaght University Hospital Foundation and St. Vincent’s Foundation to purchase vital healthcare equipment.

Maureen Hewitt, CEO and Founder of Positive Success Group commented: “The team at Positive Success Group are delighted to be announced as the official partner of the Trinity Sport Frontline Heroes Challenge. Our Frontline Heroes have shown immense dedication and resilience since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ireland. Positive Success Group wanted to join Trinity Sport in saying a massive ‘thank you!’ to our Frontline Heroes for putting their normal lives on hold to protect us during this crisis. We are looking forward to participating in the challenge on July 18th and we hope to raise even more funds through our team fundraising efforts.”

Kelly Crowley, Head of Development at Tallaght University Hospital Foundation commented, “As we look in awe at the hospital staff working so tirelessly, we are incredibly grateful that Positive Success Group, Trinity Sport and the wider Trinity College Dublin community want to support our healthcare workers at a time of great pressure. By taking part in this challenge you will be adding a layer of protection through raising vital funds for mobile workstations and Personal Protective Equipment which will help our healthcare workers to do their jobs with far less stress and worry. For that we are incredibly grateful.”

The Frontline Heroes virtual challenge can take place anywhere in the world and at your own pace on Saturday, 18th July 2020 from 8am – 9pm. The virtual event offers three different challenges for participating teams to walk, jog or run including a 45km distance for those looking for a slightly less strenuous day, a 100km distance and a challenging 250km distance for experienced runners.

Whether you’re walking, jogging or running there’s a virtual challenge for all teams, here’s a step by step guide to sign up to the Frontline Challenge Event:

  1. Pick your challenge (45K, 100K or 250K)
  2. Gather your teammates and pick a team name or join one!
  3. Register HERE, each member of your team must register individually with their team name
  4. Once registered, you will receive an email with the Go Fund Me link
  5. Visit our Go Fund Me page, click on “Join the Trinity Sport Frontline Heroes Challenge”, sign up and donate!
Once your signed up to the team on Go Fund Me you can invite your teammates and friends to donate via email or text, you can also share your unique link on social media. Trinity Sport will ask each team member to log their times and distances via a fitness app such as Strava or MyZone and share them with us after the virtual challenge is complete.
