Prepare to #BeActive for European Week of Sport

The European Week of Sport kicks off this weekend and continues until September 30th. Trinity Sport will be playing its part by providing free fitness classes and heath checks throughout the week.

Monday free classes
Mock Dublin cycle with Delys in the cycle studio – 3pm
Kettlebells in the Functional Zone – 6pm

Tuesday free classes
Step & Pump in the Fitness Studio – 5.30pm

Wednesday free classes
Total Body Strength in the Functional Zone – 5.15pm

Thursday free classes
Bootcamp in the Functional Zone – 5.30pm

In addition, every lunch time during the week you can avail of our free health checks 

  • Body fat
  • BMI
  • Lung capacity
  • Sit and reach

These take place from Monday to Friday 1pm-2pm in the assessment room in the gym. To reserve your spot book in at reception.
So #BeActive – there’s no excuse.
