As an ITEC Level 3 Personal Trainer & sports nutritionist, Delys is passionate about health, fitness & nutrition. She offers one-2-one and small group personal training for all ages & fitness levels. As Trinity Sports only female trainer, she has a particular passion for helping clients with weight loss. She also coaches the widely popular & loved Clean & Lean fitness course here at Trinity Sport.

Delys is also a 4DPro Master Trainer for Athleticum & a Star 3 Spinning® Instructor, having trained with the USA & Irish Master Instructors. She is an avid indoor & outdoor cyclist & her spin classes are something to be experienced.

Clean and Lean 8 week Group Personal Training Course

 

Do you want to learn how to eat clean to improve your healthy eating habits and sculpt the body you are looking for while having fun?

If the answer is yes then our New “Clean and Lean” Programme is for you!

Delys Poynton will coach you twice a week on Tuesday & Thursday, for 75min per session, for 8 weeks, starting 15th January 2019!

The MyZone Heart Rate system will be used to see how many calories you burn in class and track your effort and see how fitness levels improve over the 8 weeks.

Don’t Have a MyZone belt already? No problem, we sell the belts at reception for a discounted price of €75

So what does the 8 weeks include? 

  • 45 min of Circuit/Bootcamp style strength training 
  • 30 min of spin targeting fat loss 
  • Nutrition planning and food tracking
  • A tailored goal calendar to get you on target
  • Before and after and body composition measurements (if desired)
  • Clean grocery list
  • Social media support
  • Fun, supportive, interactive environment
  • All levels welcome
