    Chapter Two Fitness (C2F) are an experienced group of Coaches from a wide variety of disciplines that include: strength and conditioning, CrossFit coaches, competitors and physical therapists. This is why C2F’S personal training model is unique, exciting, modern and always evolving. All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome. Wether you are looking to loose weight, gain weight or prep for a competition, our coaches are ready to support and challenge you to achieve your personal goals. C2F caters for clients in both of their venues in Trinity Sport Centre and Sandyford:

    What is personal training?
    Personal training is our premium product you will work One to One with your coach.
    Personal training includes: Individualised Programming with One to One sessions, Body composition and fitness testing (optional), Personalized online performance tracking and programming through True Coach App, Accountability inside and outside of the gym, Video demonstration of programmed exercises, Consistent communication and guidance from your professional coach, Monthly check-ins and progress tracking, Training that works around your schedule in a friendly inclusive environment.

    What is Semi-Private training?
    Semi-Private training allows you to access high quality coaching at an affordable price, in a small group environment. You will train with like-minded individuals in a healthy community:
    Individualised programming to achieve set goals, All sessions are done under the watchful eye of your coach amongst welcoming, like minded individuals (Max 5 people per coach), Body composition and fitness testing (optional), Personalized Online performance tracking and programming through True coach app, Accountability inside and outside of the gym, Video demonstration of programmed exercises, Consistent communication and guidance from your professional coach, Monthly check-ins and progress tracking.

    How It Works

    Step 1: Get in CONTACT and arrange your consultation You will meet with a professional coach to discuss your goals and lifestyle demands. The coach will make sure they are the right match for you. This consultation will allow your coach to design a training program that fits your needs in and out of the gym

    Step 2: ASSESSMENT Your coach will organize a time to go through a 3-part physical assessment: Body composition analysis, movement patterns, and work capacity to determine where you’re at. This will allow us to put specific, measurable, realistic targets in place subject to your training history.

    Step 3: TRAINING We will create an individualised program and guide you through the movements, weights and intensity of your session. Train at your own pace. All of your sessions are done under the watchful eye of skilled coaches pending on your package either 1 to 1 or amongst welcoming, like minded individuals.

    Step 4: True Coach App : Your personalised program You will receive your weekly programming through our True Coach App. The program will provide your workout of the day breaking down your exercises, reps, weights and sets. All exercises have a video demonstration to ensure you understand all movement patterns correctly. True Coach also comes with a messenger feature which will allow you to communicate with your coach, record your scores from workouts and track your progress. Our individualised program will be designed to fit your lifestyle. Your coach can adjust your program if you are going on holidays and only have access to a hotel gym or just body weight exercises. No matter what the situation we can adjust to make sure you stay on top of your training.

    Step 5: Book your Training slot You will book in your training through our App. Semi- Private training works around your schedule. We have morning, lunch and evening time slots available. We will make sure to find a time that suits your schedule. Semi Private sessions will contain a maximum of 5 people per coach.

    Step 6: Monthly consultations You will have a monthly consultation with your coach to track your progress and discuss your training and program.
