Lift and Lean with Hugo Casarin
Our program Lift and Lean is a mix of strength training with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), in which you can expect an increase in muscle mass and significant calorie burn. The course will boost your fitness and improve your overall physique.
Each session begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body for a thorough workout. Our strength training segment includes classic exercises such as lunges, bench presses, rows, squats, pull-ups, and targeted core workouts to ensure a well-rounded and effective routine. This is followed by a unique HIIT session, guaranteed to make you sweat and burn calories.
'Lift & Lean' course one: begins on 25th September for six weeks (two evenings per week): Monday and Wednesday 17:30 - 18:30.

Learn To Lift
Unleash your power with our 'Learn to Lift' program! Held twice a week in our private High-Performance Room, this course is designed to give you the confidence and technique to master the fundamentals of weightlifting. You will learn key movements like squats ,pull-ups, deadlifts, and push-ups, and their variations to tailor your workouts. This course will empower you to walk into any gym with confidence.
Everyone, regardless of their fitness level, can benefit from this course as a starting point for building strength and ensuring proper form to prevent injuries. 'Learn to Lift' begins on 26th September 2023 for six weeks (two evenings per week): Tuesday and Thursdays 17:30 - 18:30. Price: Members 120 euro / Non-members: 130 euro

Together, you'll monitor your progress and adjust the program as needed, ensuring effective and lasting results.
