    Headon Boxing Academy X Trinity Sport Personal Training

    We are delighted to announce that we're parterning with Headon Boxing Academy to provide 1:1 personal training. These sessions will take place at Trinity Sport Centre High Performance studio, fitness studio and the free weights gym.

    Boxing Personal Training - For Beginners

    Try a 45 minute 1:1 boxing session with one of our expert coaches. This is a fantastic way to learn self-defence, improve your fitness and learn a new skill! These sessions include 1-1 padwork, hitting the heavy bag and boxing specific conditioning drills focused on toning up and improving your overall fitness.

    Strength and Conditioning Personal Training

    Give a 45 minute Strength and Conditioning 1:1 session a go with one of our professional trainers. With a mixture of weight, resistance and cardio exercises these sessions are designed to improve your overall physique, mobility and fitness.

    Personalized Programming

    Are you looking to change up your workout routine? We provide 4, 8 and 12 week weight training programs designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced gym goers.

    Take the guesswork out of your training and enjoy the benefits of monthly check in calls, access to our personalized app to follow your program and communicate with your coach!
