- All 30-minute classes €2.50
- All other classes €4.50
Pay as you go pricing (non-members)
- Classes marked with ** €10
- All 30-minute classes €4.50
Terms & conditions
- Classes are non-refundable and 24 hours’ notice is required if you wish change or transfer a booking.
- Classes must be paid for at time of booking. You can book as many classes as you wish in advance.
- Class timetable is subject to change.
- Members who purchase the annual class pass still need to book into classes.
- Class places are subject to availability.

- Boot Camp Improve strength, fitness and body composition in a high-paced circuit-style session.
- Box Fit Stress-busting class designed to challenge your endurance, balance, power.
- Bonz Body Blast Bootcamp-style training, consisting of dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, sprints and much more.
- Core Strength Improve posture and strength by targeting the core muscles through free weights and bodyweight exercises.
- H.I.I.T. Training High Intensity Interval Training alternates periods of short intense exercise with less intense recovery periods.
- Kettlebells Helps develop explosive strength and muscular endurance.
- Pilates Non-impact exercises, designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance.
- Rip 60 Work against your own bodyweight with suspension movements to improve whole body fitness and tone.
- Studio Cycling/Express Cycle Improve your aerobic fitness, power and body composition in this motivational class.
- Yogalates Expect to get the core strength of Pilates with the lengthening of the muscles and overall toning of yoga.
- Functional Zone Training Exercises will involve both your own bodyweight and some equipment.
- Bootcamp Meltdown Aims to kick-start the process of dropping body fat and building a leaner body.
- Strongman/Strongwoman As part of our continuous effort to challenge members, the latest addition to our timetable. Strongman/Strongwoman, revitalises age-old training methods - pushing, pulling, hinging and holding.
- Older Adult Fitness A class of light to moderate intensity with exercises that promote good posture, muscle preservation, balance and coordination, and cardiovascular health.
- Mindful Relaxation A relaxed mind equals a relaxed body - this class shows you how to achieve that.
