Unified Communications Phase II Project

The Unified Communications project phase II is proposed by IT Services as a program of work to transform the day-to-day IT working environment for all Trinity staff by providing a standardized approach to collaboration and storage which will provide immediate benefits across the University.
This will be achieved by providing staff with a suite of technological tools to securely store and process data and to efficiently collaborate with others both within the University and externally.
The project proposes to achieve the goals of enhanced security and provision of modern collaboration tools in a way which will be convenient and useful to University staff and to enhance their experience with appropriate information and training provided throughout.
