Junior Sophister Year

Third year is spent in one of the partner universities in Germany. In conjunction with your lecturer you can choose to attend one of the following universities:

• Berlin
• Hamburg
• Marburg
• Mainz
• Würzburg
• Erlangen
• Jena
• München
• Freiburg
• Tübingen

While in Germany, students must take BGB, German Criminal Law or German Public Law and are recommended to take Jurisprudence and European Law to prepare for their Sophister year and some courses of their choice. The grade received during the year abroad counts for one third of the degree grade.
