Visiting and Exchange Students
Trinity Engineering School warmly welcomes Erasmus and international visiting students from all around the globe. The School of Engineering has an active international exchange program and each year attracts a number of high calibre international students from both within and outside of Europe. We are particularly active in the CLUSTER and UNITECH programmes. We welcome visiting students and enjoy the increased diversity in our classrooms!
Visiting students may apply to study in the Engineering School for just one semester or the entire academic year (Michaelmas, Hilary and Trinity Term). You are expected to fulfil the same module requirements as Trinity students, to remain in residence for the full semester including all of the relevant annual examinations (the annual exam period is the month of May and there is an additional exam period in January for 4th year modules). For more information on the procedures in Trinity, please see the fact sheet below.
How to Apply
Students must be nominated by their home university (either through an exchange programme or for fee-paying study abroad). For detailed information and application procedures for studying at the School of Engineering please contact the international office in the first instance. There are slightly different procedures and deadlines for Erasmus, Visiting EU, and Visiting Non-EU/ Study Abroad students.
