I am a 3rd year PhD student in economics at Trinity College Dublin. My research interests are Labor Economics, International Migration and Social Networks. In spring 2011 I will be at Bocconi University in Milan as a visiting PhD student.
For my work on the wage effects of emigration I received the FEEM Award by the European Economic Association.
Before coming to Trinity, I did my Diploma in Economics at the University of Regensburg/Germany.
Besides economics, I am interested in foreign languages, alternative rock music and (good) food&drink.
