Make a presentation
Making a presentation is one way of connecting with students to promote your organisation and your opportunities. We can:
- Advise you on suitable times and dates during term time
- Provide you with a suitable venue on campus (if possible) or advise you on alternative venues
- Promote your presentation for free via MyCareer and on social media. A cost is incurred if you wish to send a targeted email to specific student groups.
Employers looking to deliver a presentation during the first semester should make arrangements at least 6 weeks in advance. At all other times of the year, presentations need to be booked a minimum of 4 weeks in advance in order to ensure appropriate scheduling and marketing to your target audience.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee attendance numbers for events.

Policy on recruitment agencies:
It is the policy of the Trinity Careers Service not to permit recruitment agencies to be involved in events on campus except in certain circumstances, e.g. where entry at graduate level is via a specialist recruitment agency acting on behalf of a specified company.
