Teaching and Learning Provision

  • From March 10th 2020 onwards all lectures at Trinity are to take place online. College is closed to students until April 19th at the earliest.
  • The Covid-19 situation is unprecedented in scale and everyone is trying to adapt to the new context. Please be patient with your students and yourself in these challenging times.
  • Teaching online is different to teaching in person. It will take time to adapt your practice and learn to use the new medium to best effect. Please remember that these are genuinely exceptional circumstances and manage both your own and student expectations accordingly.
  • Trinity’s eLearning team have prepared excellent resources on how to make best use of the suite of tools available within the Blackboard virtual learning environment. Visit for more information about the specific tools available to you. You may find both Panopto and Blackboard Collaborate Ultra particularly useful in the coming weeks.
  • Resources are being uploaded to the Resources, External Links and References tab. Additional resource documents will be made available in coming days.
