Video and Audio within PowerPoint

Challenge to Accessibility:

The use of Video and Audio can dramatically reduce the need for text on a slide and provide variety to your presentations. However, these resources are not fully accessible to deaf or visual impaired users.

When utilising audio to enhance content, a text transcript should always be provided within the notes field of the slide.
