Cathcart Summer Internship Programme 2022
We are delighted to announce details of the 2022 Summer Internship Programme at Trinity Botanic Garden! Applications are open to undergraduate students of Botany or Environmental Science in the Department of Botany at Trinity College. This year, two internship positions are being offered to eligible students.
This is a unique opportunity for two students to gain hands-on experience in the horticultural, plant science and conservation work being carried out at the gardens. Working alongside the Curator, Outreach Officer and grounds staff, interns will receive on-the-job training and will become integrated members of the garden team. They will be encouraged to seek all opportunities to learn and will document their experiences in weekly blog or vlog posts on the garden's website.
Application Details
Applications are invited from Trinity College students of Botany or Environmental Science who are Senior Freshman students intending to undertake a Moderatorship in Botany or Environmental Science and to Junior and Senior Sophisters currently studying Botany or Environmental Science. Preference will be given to Senior Freshman and Junior Sophister students intending to undertake or currently studying for a Botany moderatorship.
