Childcare

The College Day Nursery provides childcare to children of TCD staff and students. The Nursery caters for children from 3 months to 4½ years old.

Employee Assistance Programme

The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a free and confidential service offered to all College staff and their families to help with any personal and work-related issues. This facility is provided by an external organisation, PPC (link), who can provide assistance in a range of areas including stress, health and wellbeing, personal and family crises, work-life balance, managing money, and many more. The EAP offers services including expert advice, telephone and face-to-face counselling.

Parental Buddy System

The Buddy System offers a support service to all expectant mums and dads by pairing them with another parent who can provide personal support and share experiences, while helping the expectant parents to navigate the system of College policies and entitlements.

Baby-Changing Facilities

Baby-changing facilities can be found in the Sports Centre, the School of Nursing (D’Olier Street), and CRANN.
