Terms of Reference

1. Develop and implement a five-year plan for the development and enhancement of the College’s website
2. Develop policies for access to, and placing information on, the College website for both internal and external users with specific emphasis on compliance with current legislation
3. Advise the Information Policy Committee of any risks to which the College may be exposed in relation to the website
4. Assist departments and faculties in presenting a profile of high quality on the College’s website
5. Clarify resources needed to enhance the College’s presence on the Internet and seek necessary support if required.

The Web Management Committee will report to the Information Policy Committee on an annual basis to which it will also present policy proposals for consideration.
