Lecture Timetabling
The Examinations and Timetabling Office coordinates the timetabling process College-wide in collaboration with the SAS User Support Unit which also provides specialized training for timetablers in the use of Facilty CMIS, the College timetabling system. Strict module code conventions must be followed in the system. Courses are timetabled locally by School and Course Administrators.
Students and staff can query detailed timetables for current Academic Year, for a specific Academic Term, Module, day, or for a specific lecturer or discipline. This facility is accessible in the Student Information System: Timetabling via the TCD Portal. Various class and subject lists are also available to access through the same route.
