Lecture Timetabling
The Examinations and Timetabling Office coordinates the timetabling process College-wide in collaboration with the SAS User Support Unit which also provides specialised training for timetablers in the use of Facilty CMIS, the College timetabling system. Strict module code conventions must be followed in the system. Courses are timetabled locally by School and Course Administrators.
It is expected that students and staff will be able to query detailed timetables for the current academic year via the new student portal, My.TCD.ie. Until access is available to this system students, administrative and academic staff are advised to contact the relevant School or Course Office to determine the timetable details required.
Various class and module lists are now available via My.TCD.ie.
