The Student and Graduate Records Office issues summary academic transcripts, detailing the overall result by academic year, and final degree classification where applicable in respect of the following undergraduate degree courses:

The Student Records Office also provides transcripts for General Studies and other courses which have been discontinued such as Modern Languages & Literature, Ancient & Modern Literature, and Legal Science.

If you require a detailed breakdown of results or if the course for which you require a transcript is not listed above, please contact the Discipline / School / Faculty Office to which the course belongs.

Diplomas & Certificates

Transcripts for all diploma and certificate courses can be obtained from the relevant Discipline / School / Faculty Office.

Making a Request to the Student and Graduate Records Office

All requests for academic transcripts must be made using the web request form, or by completing the downloadable request form (PDF), and submitting it directly to the Student and Graduate Records Office.

Upon receiving a formal request, the Student and Graduate Records Office will prepare an academic transcript for issue normally within 10 working days. Please note that an academic transcript is an official College document and cannot be emailed.
